• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• No-shows: Missed appointments may incur a service fee.
• Access: Provide safe, reasonable access to the property and equipment at time of service.

4. Estimates & Payments

Prices and estimates are provided in good faith and may change after diagnostics or due to unforeseen conditions.

• Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit cards and other approved methods via secure third-party processors.
• Late or unpaid balances may be subject to fees or collection activity.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

• Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible products and parts.
• Any additional guarantees (e.g., workmanship) will be stated on your invoice or service agreement.
• Normal wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance voids coverage.

6. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

• Transactional messages (appointment confirmations, technician updates, invoices)
• Marketing messages (promotions, seasonal offers) if you opt in
