1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY
• Open to legal residents of Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia, Brevard, & Polk counties, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, officers, and directors of AC’s Heating & Air, UCF Athletics, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
• The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
• The sweepstakes begins on March 27, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on June 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
• All entries must be received by June 20, 2025 to be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER
To officially enter the sweepstakes, participants must complete both steps:
1. Schedule AND complete a $29 Tune-Up or Free Replacement Estimate with AC’s Heating & Air during the Sweepstakes Period.
2. Submit the official Sweepstakes Entry Form with accurate contact information after the service is completed.

IMPORTANT: Entry forms submitted before completing the required service will not be valid.

5. PRIZES
• First Place Prize (1 Winner): Winner’s choice of a new Amana S-Series High-Efficiency AC Unit (including standard installation) OR $10,000 cash.
• Second Place Prize (1 Winner): Two Premium UCF Season Tickets for football, basketball, and baseball for the 2025-2026 season.

Prize Conditions:
• The AC unit includes standard installation but does not cover additional modifications or upgrades.
• Cash prizes will be awarded via check within 7 days of winner verification.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
• Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
• Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about June 27, 2025 from all eligible entries received.
• Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 7 days of the drawing.
• Winners must respond within 48-72 hours to claim their prize or an alternate winner will be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless AC’s Heating & Air, UCF Athletics, their affiliates, and employees from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance.
• Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and a publicity release before receiving their prize.
• AC’s Heating & Air reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes in case of fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the sweepstakes may result in disqualification.

8. PRIVACY POLICY
• Personal information collected for the sweepstakes will only be used for administration and will not be shared or sold.
